GrandLine Freight (operated by GO GO AUTOMATIC COMPANY LIMITED) is committed to securing your corporate data. This policy explains how we collect and manage commercial information submitted through our portal.

1. RFQ Information Collection

When you request a rate quote or vessel booking, we collect contact names, business emails, telephone numbers, ports of origin/destination, and cargo commodity descriptions to compute ocean tariffs and coordinate terminal operations. To protect this form against automated abuse, we also record the submitting IP address; it is used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

2. Data Retention

RFQ records (including the recorded IP address) are stored in our own database and are automatically and permanently deleted 24 months after submission. Access to records is limited to the operations staff handling your booking.

3. Commercial Non-Disclosure

We strictly treat all shipment parameters, supplier identities, and cargo invoices as confidential commercial trade secrets. Information is never disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
